Fonds de prévoyance en faveur du personnel de Jean Bollini et Compagnie S.A. à Baulmes

The foundation has the following objectives: to provide voluntary services to the staff of the founding company as well as their relatives and dependents, to protect them against the economic consequences of old age, death, and disability; to contribute to the financing of other pension institutions for the staff; to grant benefits in cases of distress, illness, accident, disability, or unemployment, or for measures of training and further education, reconciliation of family and professional life, as well as health promotion and prevention. In these cases, art. 80, 81 para. 1 and 83 of the Swiss Pension Fund Law (LPP) are also applicable. In doing so, the foundation adheres to the principles of equal treatment and adequacy as defined by law.
