to provide financial and moral support to certain patients of the Valais Hospital who are hospitalized or treated on an outpatient basis and who, without this support, would be forced to leave the institution without being sufficiently recovered; to enable the care of certain patients who have left the institution but do not receive the necessary care for their condition and are therefore exposed to relapses; to provide entertainment and recreational activities for patients in the institution, provided that this is not already included in the institution's operating budget; in accordance with the founder's initial wishes, the support provided by the Fund will be given priority to patients treated and followed by the psychiatric services of the Valais Hospital
