The company's purpose is to buy and sell real estate, carry out real estate promotions, monitor and execute general contractor work, administer and manage real estate, in particular property management and brokerage, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, process these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
