The company's purpose is the temporary and permanent placement of workers and the training in the main sector of transport or any other field related or unrelated to the transport sector, including service activities, and consulting activities related to these tasks, in full compliance with the conditions of the collective labor agreements of the sector, provided that the placement is carried out in a company of the sector; consulting in the field of research, selection, promotion, training, recruitment, lending, and provision of personnel and all other activities in the field of employment. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
