The purpose of the company is to carry out any operation in the field of real estate and movable property, in particular the acquisition, administration, disposal, trade in goods and services, consulting, brokerage, construction, holding, maintenance, execution and monitoring of works, management, investment, rental, mandate, development, promotion, realization of plans and projects, yield, renovation, repair and sale concerning real estate and movable property as well as securities. Furthermore, the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any movable and immovable business in general, any mandate and consulting in the field of business and finance as well as any investment, commercial, financial, movable, immovable and industrial operation. The company may merge with companies having a similar purpose, acquire, participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries. All these operations may be carried out in direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LF AIE. It may grant loans to third parties, shareholders or not.
