(1) The foundation aims to improve general health and healthcare in particular, especially through promotion, education, and active support of the general public, medical personnel, and patients by disseminating and promoting the principles of sustainable healthcare and conveying a health-conscious guiding image and a positive attitude towards health and physical and mental well-being. (2) The foundation's activities focus particularly on the following areas: a) Education and training of the general public on health issues and risks, safety, prevention (including violence prevention), and effective disease and epidemic prevention. b) Support for patients with acute and chronic diseases to promote healthy lifestyles and improve existing and develop new treatment methods. c) Support, education, and training of medical personnel (doctors, nurses, caregivers, pharmacists, etc.) in developing and emerging countries in all areas of health-promoting patient care, particularly to promote healthy lifestyles and improved treatment methods. d) Support, education, and training of medical personnel and the general public in developing and emerging countries to promote women in medical professions. (3) The foundation can take all promotional and supportive measures and provide assistance of any kind, both domestically and internationally, that the foundation council deems suitable for achieving the foundation's purpose. In particular, the foundation can also serve as a platform for non-profit and/or voluntary engagement by receiving dependent sub-foundations, funds, and other donations and using the funds for the intended purpose. (4) The foundation has a non-profit character, does not pursue any commercial purposes, and does not strive for profit.
