Furthermore, the company may also grant loans to companies and corporations affiliated with the company. The company may participate in group financings, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect associates or to other group companies or by providing guarantees of any kind to third parties for commitments of other group companies, including in the exclusive interest of its direct or indirect associates or other affiliated group companies without any consideration.
