The company's purposes are: a) the operation of a painting, tiling, and renovation business, including all manufacturing and installation work, design and execution, of any nature; b) all activities in the field of construction - including as a general contractor - in particular the study, planning, execution, and promotion of all real estate projects, as well as the performance of all work; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation, and general commercialization of all products related to painting, tiling, renovations, and general construction; d) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined in article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the establishment of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by partners or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
