The foundation's purpose is to support needy individuals of all ages residing in the districts of Bremgarten AG and Muri AG. This support may be provided in the form of assistance for living expenses, education, or in cases of illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances. To achieve this purpose, the foundation provides support to the aforementioned individuals directly, to organizations or institutions that pursue, promote, or support these goals, or to the social services of municipalities in the districts of Bremgarten AG and Muri AG, with the stipulation that the allocated funds be used in accordance with the foundation's purpose. The beneficiaries must be third parties. Family members of the testator and the foundation's board members, as well as individuals closely related to them, are not considered beneficiaries. The foundation is a non-profit organization and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
