The company's purpose is to operate the Ancienne-Papeterie cheese dairy and any other similar establishments, to sell cheese and wine, including small-scale catering, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this favors its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
