The company's purpose is: 1. The theoretical and practical training of aircraft pilots, notably for obtaining the BIR (Basic Instrument Rating) license and other aeronautical qualifications. 2. The provision of aircraft for training, rental, and operation. 3. The air transport of passengers and freight, in Switzerland and abroad, subject to the required legal authorizations. 4. Any related or complementary activity, notably the management of aero clubs, the organization of training courses, and the provision of aeronautical services. The company will carry out its activities in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and EASA, as well as the applicable Swiss and international laws. In general, the company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, real estate (within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners), movable property, and other operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
