The foundation's purpose is to finance and provide contributions from the founding company and companies affiliated with it at the business domicile to tax-exempt employee pension institutions that it has joined or established itself. By resolution of the foundation board, companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the company may be affiliated with the foundation, subject to the consent of the founding company. The affiliation of an affiliated company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority.
