The company may participate in activities and initiatives aimed at environmental protection, the care of mountain huts, alpine refuges, forests, trails, flora, and fauna of the Pizzo di Claro region, within the territory of the municipalities of Lumino and Claro, and secondarily in the adjacent mountain regions. The company may acquire real estate if the acquisition is necessary or useful for achieving the social purpose, as determined by the board of directors.
