The holding of direct or indirect participations in companies of all kinds in Switzerland or abroad, in particular in the field of construction; any activity in the field of real estate, related to the study, planning, promotion, management and realization of construction of any kind, provision of all services in this field, in particular related to the acquisition, holding, management, financing and disposal of real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The acquisition of a participation in a company that holds real estate is limited to the acquisition of a company with exclusively commercial purposes. Similarly, the acquisition of real estate is limited to real estate with exclusively commercial purposes (cf. statutes for full purpose).
