The company's purpose is: a) the operation of public establishments, in particular tea rooms; b) the operation of an aesthetic wellness center; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans and/or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
