In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, holding, construction, conversion, management, administration, operation, and promotion of all real estate, as well as taking participations in real estate companies, with the exception of any transaction involving residential real estate in Switzerland. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to the main purpose in order to promote its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders or to companies in the group and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its shareholders or to companies in the group, in return for appropriate consideration.
