Furthermore, it may operate digital platforms for managing physical precious metal holdings and payment processing. The company may offer general asset protection solutions in the field of tangible assets, including logistics, consulting, storage, appraisal and transportation services. The company may collaborate with third parties to coordinate or mediate supplementary services in the areas of law, taxes, real estate, corporate structuring and international relocation (e.g. relocation of residence, visa programs), provided that these services are performed by qualified partners and do not fall under the supervision of FINMA. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, sell and manage copyrights, patents and licenses.
