It may also acquire, operate and/or market patents or licenses for any industrial product in direct or indirect relation to its manufacturing program; provide technical, commercial and financial assistance to companies of the GEBERIT group and to third parties. It may carry out all industrial, commercial and financial operations in direct or indirect relation to its corporate purpose or apt to promote its realization. Furthermore, the company may acquire, manage, operate and/or dispose of intangible assets. It may guarantee third-party commitments or act as guarantor for third parties, in particular for companies of the Geberit Group. The company is integrated into the Geberit Group and must comply with the objectives, principles and directives set by the Group Management for the Geberit Group, insofar as these are compatible with the company's interests. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including direct or indirect shareholders, or to companies in which they participate, either through loans or guarantees of all kinds.
