Particular consideration should be given to the needs of the population of the agriculturally oriented municipality of Safiental. The cooperative can rent or provide spaces for tourist or commercial services that are close to agriculture, specifically including the planned properties on parcel No. 894, Plan No. 16, Land Registry Safiental, in Safien Platz. It particularly pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing in accordance with federal housing promotion legislation and corresponding cantonal and municipal regulations. The cooperative can acquire or dispose of real estate or real estate companies, as well as build, acquire, manage, or rent houses. When selling a plot of land, a house, a residential unit, or a facility, cooperative members should be given the opportunity to acquire it at a reasonable price.
