The association, recognized as being of public utility, has as its main purpose the support of young sporting talents from Geneva. To achieve this objective, it:
- Grants scholarships and financial support to young sporting talents from Geneva identified as regional or national talents by Swiss Olympic;
- Implements or supports initiatives facilitating access for young athletes to high-level training and competitions;
- Develops and promotes a one-stop shop, in virtual and/or physical form, intended for sporting talents and their families. This one-stop shop aims to provide all relevant information and to direct users to qualified professionals;
- Organizes, in collaboration with trusted partners, a series of workshops and conferences on topics related to sport.
The association may also develop other activities in line with its main purpose, while respecting its public utility status. The association does not pursue any economic purpose and does not aim to make a profit. In order to achieve its purpose, it may become a member of other associations and organizations, particularly in the sporting field. The purposes of the association may be amended by a decision of the General Assembly, taken by a two-thirds majority of the members present, in accordance with Articles 65 and 66 of the Swiss Civil Code.
