The cooperative aims to: (a) build a new building on part of the existing old-age and nursing home site at Rotbach, Bühler, and (b) rent out rooms to the municipality of Bühler for use by the municipality's old-age and nursing home. The purpose is to be achieved through the acquisition of the existing old-age home with its surroundings, the construction of suitable rooms, and all other measures serving this purpose. The cooperative is non-profit and does not pursue any commercial purpose. No profit may be made from renting out the rooms; the buildings owned by the cooperative are, with the exception of the municipality of Bühler's right of pre-emption, non-transferable. The rooms may only be used for the operation of the Bühler old-age and nursing home. The cooperative's activity is intended to enable the municipality of Bühler to operate a modern old-age and nursing home, thereby securing access to affordable care in old age for all population groups in the municipality.
