The cooperative aims to create, operate and manage commercial and storage spaces for the needs of its members in the dam area of the national highways E 41 and E 60 north of the Aubrugg traffic triangle in Wallisellen. It holds the valid, public-law concession granted by the Government Council of the Canton of Zurich by decision of March 1, 1989, for the period from January 1, 1989 to December 31, 2068, for the construction, existence and operation of storage and commercial buildings in a specific area of the former national highways E 41 and E 60 belonging to the Canton of Zurich (current owner Swiss Confederation, Federal Roads Office ASTRA). The realization of a profit exceeding a reasonable dividend on the share certificates is not intended.
