The core activity of auVert is the production and distribution of regional vegetables to consumers within the framework of a solidarity-based agriculture (SOLAWI) or regional contract farming. The company cultivates vegetables on approximately one hectare of land and distributes them to consumers through a subscription model, who participate in the production either through practical work in the operation or through financial compensation.
