The cooperative aims to acquire, operate, maintain and renew the community plot of the Buchseeweg development in Köniz, Köniz land register no. 9475, in particular with regard to the network of paths, container storage spaces and playgrounds and recreational areas, as well as all other community facilities, such as heating centers and bicycle shelters, and emergency shelters in the event of a crisis. The cooperative also aims to maintain the good appearance and reputation of the Buchseeweg development in Köniz; to perform internal coordination tasks; to advise members on all settlement-specific issues; and to represent the settlement's residents externally. The cooperative may acquire membership in umbrella organizations of non-profit builders. Furthermore, it may acquire or sell plots of land and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it.
