The cooperative aims to achieve, through mutual self-help among its members, the trade of biologically produced eggs with the goal of obtaining the best possible producer price for its members. It ensures, through trade with third parties, the best possible utilization of any egg overproduction within the cooperative or the best possible procurement of eggs in the event of underproduction within the cooperative. It also coordinates egg trading within the cooperative.
