The purpose of the cooperative is the self-organized supply of staple foods and household items, whose demand is regularly analyzed jointly by the cooperative members. The products should, whenever possible, be sourced directly from producers or produced in-house, in order to verify ecological and social standards within the collective. The cooperative is particularly characterized by long-term joint planning of production and consumption. The cooperative is not profit-oriented; any surpluses are used for the purpose of the cooperative.
