The cooperative aims, through mutual self-help and co-responsibility, to secure, acquire, manage, and ecologically develop the property at Kilchzimmer 149 in Langenbruck in accordance with zonal regulations for use as a training and education center. It provides affordable housing to its cooperative members and permanently removes the property from speculation. The cooperative promotes communal living that combines housing and locally-based work. This includes, in particular: operating and developing a seminar business as a space for education, encounter, health, nature, culture, and sustainable stay (including gentle, education-oriented tourism), establishing purpose-driven job opportunities on-site (e.g., seminar business, agriculture, horticulture, crafts), creating opportunities for communal life and social engagement. The cooperative pursues exclusively non-profit purposes and is not profit-oriented.
