Acquisition and preservation of the historically valuable property Lindenbühl Trogen and continuation and expansion of the operation according to ecological and building-biological guidelines, providing space for diverse usage possibilities in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, enabling seminars, conferences, festivals, regional activities and cultural events to take place in a generous atmosphere, as well as leasing the property to a woman who manages the operation and provides jobs, preferably for women. The cooperative is politically and denominationally independent. The cooperative can participate in companies with the same or similar objectives, as well as acquire and sell properties and building rights.
