The purpose of the cooperative is to jointly acquire, in the context of its business activities, the plots of land Horriwilstrasse GB Subingen No. 3468 with a total area of 522 m2 and GB Subingen No. 2234 with a total area of 4,692 m2, to develop and sell them, in order to generate orders for its members in their respective business areas. The cooperative may acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses of all kinds. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
