It can also acquire plots of land, properties, and building rights. 4) With ongoing, sustainable, cost- and quality-conscious maintenance, the cooperative adapts its buildings to the state of the art and thus ensures the preservation of the value of the buildings. 5) The rent must ensure long-term preservation of value and modern management and cooperative management (cost rent). 6) The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
