The cooperative aims to produce heat energy through joint self-help and distribute it to its members through a heat distribution network, thereby providing them with a direct material benefit. To this end, it operates and maintains a wood chip heating system with the associated heat distribution network for the benefit of the connected property owners in the municipality of Zuzwil. The cooperative can create and operate additional wood chip heating systems or participate in their creation and operation. Furthermore, it can acquire or sell properties and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it.
