The cooperative promotes new forms of housing in mutual self-help, where younger people can live out their individuality and seniors can maintain their independence until old age. It considers itself an important, contemporary part of the non-profit institutions in the municipality of Schleitheim and wants to work closely with the municipal authorities and social and care institutions of the municipality wherever it makes sense and synergies can be achieved. The goal of the cooperative is to create contemporary housing in the municipality of Schleitheim and to rent or sell them at affordable prices. The number of apartments available for sale is restricted as follows: the cooperative retains ownership of at least two-thirds of the apartments, ensuring that the cooperative has a majority vote in owner decisions.
