The purpose of the association is a) to convey mindful and sustainable enjoyment to people. b) to take care of people, to practice fair sharing and to take care of the earth. c) to find ways to intentionally involve people and nature in their diversity and to form a sustainable community. The association pursues this purpose by conveying knowledge theoretically and practically, offering advice, planning and implementing work assignments, and taking on, launching and managing projects. It is active in the fields of construction (advice, planning, construction coordination and realization of projects in the areas of renovation, new construction and conversion), janitorial services and mediation of handicrafts, gardening and maintenance, nature conservation, animal welfare, animal breeding and husbandry, food production and agriculture, gastronomy, tourism, beauty, health, social work and education. To pursue its purpose, the association may employ persons in paid employment relationships. The employment relationship may not provide the association's employees with a financial competitive advantage over competitors. The association may establish projects, branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, participate in other organizations and companies at home and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate at home and abroad. It may also arrange financing for its own or third-party account and provide security for liabilities of affiliated organizations and companies.
