The company's purpose is to carry out all civil engineering work, such as earthmoving, masonry, road construction, excavations, rockfall protection, and other various tasks, both in Switzerland and abroad. This includes all work in difficult terrains, particularly in alpine environments, at high altitudes, and in watercourses. The company also undertakes all forestry work, such as branch grinding, stump removal, tree felling, and tree cleaning, as well as all gardening and landscaping work. Additionally, the company provides all types of transportation services, winter services (snow clearing), and the rental of machine operators. The company may also, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also carry out all operations in the real estate sector to the extent permitted by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, invest in similar enterprises in any form, and grant loans to partners or third parties. The company may:
