The association aims to standardize and democratize central analysis and decision-making technologies by developing and standardizing AI models for processing and ordering unlimited amounts of data to understand spatial and temporal relationships. The developed technologies should sustainably enable suitable organizations (research institutions, innovative companies, etc.) to effectively address the challenges of our time - from combating climate change, protecting biological diversity to efficient urban planning, effective disaster relief, permanent prosperity, and much more. To achieve its purpose, the association can, in particular:
a. Promote and develop standardized frameworks for the democratic and ethically responsible use of AI models.
b. Participate in standardization bodies for the standardization of AI models or set up own bodies of this kind.
c. Organize conferences and specialist events to promote and standardize AI models, particularly in the Lucerne region.
d. Take strategic measures to promote knowledge transfer, create educational resources, and sustainably lower the barriers to entry for the use of advanced AI models.
e. Offer services and consulting in connection with the development and standardization of AI base models.
f. As well as take all other measures that serve the purpose of the association and that comply with the principles defined in the statutes.
The association can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. In the case of subsidiaries and participations, a clear organizational and personal separation between the association and the company concerned must be maintained in accordance with the relevant practice. In principle, a contact person in the bodies is permissible.
