Georg Meyer-Stiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to provide care for the family of the late Mr. Georg Meyer, from Schleitheim and Zurich, in accordance with the following provisions: The beneficiaries of the foundation are, in the first place, the children of the founder and their spouses, and after the death of the children, their descendants and the spouses of the latter. The foundation makes grants to the beneficiaries to cover the costs of education, endowment or support, or for similar purposes. The foundation's assets shall not be depleted, unless exceptional circumstances justify it. In particular, amounts may be paid out of the foundation's assets to beneficiaries to enable them to achieve an independent living situation. The foundation board may grant loans to the beneficiaries.
