Provided that the basic care mandate is not jeopardized, the company can establish branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies, acquire similar or related companies, or merge with them, acquire, encumber or sell real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
