The company's purpose is the publication, advertising management, sale of books and works, sale of manufactured objects, as well as any commercial activity or potential participation in other companies. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary titles or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
