The association's purpose is to develop, maintain, update and promote the adoption of the digital protocol based on blockchain technology known as Giving Back (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol) in Switzerland and/or abroad. More specifically, the association pursues the following objectives: providing logistical and financial support to charitable projects hosted by Giving Back; developing and updating software related to the protocol; designing and implementing multimedia applications, websites, databases, software, programs or documentation related to the protocol; registering, acquiring, exploiting or transferring trademarks, processes, patents, licenses or, in general, any intellectual property rights related or not to the protocol; conducting research activities related to the protocol and its improvement; advocacy activities in favor of the adoption of the protocol; in general, carrying out any financial (fundraising), commercial or industrial activity that is favorable to its development and directly or indirectly related to its purpose; managing the protocol, developing projects related to the Protocol and, in general, taking any action to increase the functionality of the Protocol; the association may establish companies in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
