The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, sell, and manage real estate and properties. It can also, as a construction client and/or general or total contractor, realize new constructions or renovations. The company can directly or indirectly participate in other companies, both domestically and abroad. The company can (i) conduct all financial transactions related to the fulfillment of its purpose, particularly taking out and guaranteeing loans, (ii) establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, (iii) acquire, encumber, utilize, and dispose of properties and other rights in rem both domestically and abroad, (iv) acquire, encumber, utilize, and dispose of intellectual property rights, licenses, and patents both domestically and abroad, and (v) conduct all commercial, financial, or other transactions that the company's purpose may entail. The company can grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders, related parties, or other companies directly or indirectly connected with the company at market conditions, preferential conditions, or without consideration, and can provide securities of all kinds for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on the company's assets or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind. In doing so, the company, to the exclusion of its own profit-seeking, safeguards the interests of its direct and indirect shareholders and related parties, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
