The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, and management of equity interests in any form in all commercial, industrial, financial, and real estate enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity that promotes its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these transactions on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or broker, or have them executed on its account by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies, or third parties.
