The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate operations, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose.
