The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office and coordinate all general contracting work, including in particular the preparation of plans, all administrative procedures related thereto, the implementation of real estate projects, the awarding of all work to contractors or the supervision of any construction site. To this end, the company may undertake all commercial, financial and artisanal operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It will also deal with the purchase, sale, brokerage, management, administration, operation and development of real estate and all real estate transactions, as well as any participation in companies pursuing a similar purpose, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
