The company's purpose is to organize sports and non-sports events (shows and cultural, musical, social, associative and gastronomic events) within the Gottardo Arena and on the Ambrì airport complex, in addition to the hockey activity and the ordinary funding sources for the Arena itself. It may manage and operate hotels, restaurants, shops and external annexes, organize external catering services and participate in companies with similar purposes in Switzerland and abroad. It may trade in food, beverages and services of all kinds in relation to the social purpose. It may acquire, own and sell real estate or real and intangible rights in relation to the social purpose. It may seek private and public partners for investments in projects and new developments in the St. Gotthard region.
