Activities that require a license as a bank, securities firm, or collective investment scheme manager are explicitly excluded. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, mediate, and manage real estate both domestically and abroad, establish branches both domestically and abroad, acquire participations in domestic and foreign companies, found subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, and enter into all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company directly or indirectly.
