The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, either free of charge or against payment, and provide security of any kind for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or by guarantees of any kind. The company may undertake all activities that, in the opinion of its management, promote the purpose of the company or serve the use of its available resources.
