The company's purpose is to take over and provide consulting, fiduciary, outsourcing, accounting, tax, and related services, as well as all tasks and activities directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other related companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries. It may also provide security for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved) of any kind, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer or assignment of the company's assets, or by providing guarantees, entering into suretyships, or otherwise securing or guaranteeing the obligations of the company or these other companies, whether for a fee or not. Furthermore, it may engage in liquidity equalization/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) or join such an arrangement with the aforementioned companies, including periodic account balancing (balancing). All of this, the company may also do without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company, and by assuming clumping risks. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that appear suitable to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto.
