Within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), the company may: exercise all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties.
