The study, design (on its own behalf and in any case excluding professional activities reserved by law), construction, installation, assembly, management, and maintenance, directly or indirectly through third-party companies and including the obtaining of the relevant permits from the competent authorities, of an interconnection line for the transport of electricity between Switzerland (Canton of Grisons) and Italy (Lombardy), in direct current, including conversion stations, and all works connected thereto; and an optical fiber cable for communications, laid along the line; the exploitation of the transport capacity rights on the interconnection between Switzerland and Italy, in both directions, related to such or in any way derived from such interconnection line, and the exploitation of the available bandwidth for telecommunications; as well as all activities that allow the enhancement of such transport capacity and bandwidth for telecommunications. All within the limits allowed by the legal provisions governing the operation of electricity transport and in particular the development interventions of interconnection lines carried out by private individuals. It may carry out all commercial, industrial, and financial operations, both real estate and movable, including the issuance of bonds and guarantees, necessary and useful for achieving the corporate purpose; it may also take interests or participations in other companies or enterprises with a similar or related object and in any case connected to its own, either directly or indirectly, in any case not prevalently and not towards the public. The company may open branches and subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad.
