Grund

The Grund Association advocates for the interests, integration and rights of employees, particularly from Hungary, in Switzerland. It provides an environment for information exchange and education, primarily but not exclusively for Hungarian employees, on the following core topics: labor law, labor market integration, further education opportunities, labor disputes, recognition of foreign diplomas, commitment to compliance with Swiss laws, equal opportunities, expansion of social networks for guest workers, and commitment against all forms of discrimination. The association aims to achieve its goals by organizing regular meetings, information exchange, counseling and legal support in labor disputes.
